Terms of Service

The rules for using TMR.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TMR, including free features, Premium subscriptions, reminders, notes, AI tools, integrations, and related web services.

Effective date: May 27, 2026 Applies to all users of TMR

1. Acceptance of the terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using TMR, you agree to these Terms of Service and the TMR Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your login credentials, and activity that happens under your account. You may not impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, or use TMR in a way that interferes with the service or other users.

3. The service TMR provides

TMR provides planning, reminders, schedules, note-taking, optional AI assistance, and optional integrations such as Google Calendar connectivity. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time. Some features are limited to Premium subscribers.

4. Acceptable use

  • You may not use TMR to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt the service.
  • You may not reverse engineer, scrape at scale, overload, or probe TMR in a way that creates security or performance risk.
  • You may not use the service to store or transmit content you do not have the right to use.
  • You remain responsible for the content you enter into the app.

5. Premium subscriptions, billing, and renewals

Premium access is sold as a recurring subscription unless explicitly stated otherwise. Billing is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable recurring charges for the plan you selected until you cancel. Prices, taxes, and billing terms may change in the future, subject to applicable law and notice requirements.

If payment is not completed, fails, is reversed, or a subscription is canceled or expires, TMR may downgrade the account back to the free tier.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription through Stripe or through the billing management path provided by TMR. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a retroactive refund for prior billing periods unless required by law or explicitly offered by the operator of this TMR deployment.

If you want a stricter refund policy, replace this section with your exact billing and refund terms before broad public launch.

7. AI features

TMR may offer AI-generated outputs through features such as Meibot or notes assistance. AI output may be incomplete, biased, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.

TMR is not a medical, mental health, legal, or financial advisory service, and AI outputs must not be treated as professional advice.

8. Integrations and third-party services

TMR may rely on third-party services, including Stripe for billing, Google for calendar connectivity, hosting and notification infrastructure, and AI providers used to generate responses. Those third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices, and TMR is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

9. Availability and changes

TMR is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, outages, network issues, third-party failures, or product changes. TMR may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

10. Termination

TMR may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or engage in abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMR and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator's principal place of business, unless a different law is required by the jurisdiction where the service is offered.

13. Changes to the terms

TMR may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.

Billing and legal questions should go to the operator of this TMR deployment. Read the Privacy Policy
